When I was a young woman growing up in Australia, I owned stock in the department store, Myer. It was the first stock I purchased, simply because I loved Myer and as a stockholder, I was entitled to a discount every time I shopped there. I was excited to feel like an owner of the company.
Years later, I was working as an Investor Relations Officer at Microsoft in Redmond when the company's CEO asked me what we knew about our individual investors and the best way to engage them. It was a simple question with a difficult answer, because although companies have deep relationships with the institutions that own their stock, they have virtually no relationship with individuals who own their shares. Co-Founder and President
Agnies has been in the investor relations and capital markets space for over 25 years. She has a deep passion for using technology to unlock new and creative solutions in financial services. Agnies previously held senior roles at Microsoft Investor Relations, Ipreo, and Barclays. Agnies earned a BA in Economics from Murdoch University and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Co-Founder and CEO
Ken is a business technology expert with a career spanning over 25 years and across Australia, UK and the US. Ken started with PwC consulting before moving to Microsoft where he ran global engineering teams. He is a seasoned CTO running engineering as CTO for Ipreo, Lionbridge and WeWork. Ken earned a BA in electrical engineering from the University of Western Australia.
Chief Customer Officer
Scott has spent the last 17+ years building data and analytics startups globally, serving hundreds of Fortune 1000 clients. Scott is fanatical about his customers and drives this by combining the best of customer success, sales, partnerships and marketing. Prior to the startup world, Scott was on Wall Street with Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Scott earned a B.Comm from the University of New South Wales and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Head of Sales
Nicole has extensive experience with over 20 years in the capital markets industry and is leading up our sales strategy at Stockperks. She previously held senior business development and sales roles at OpenExchange, Nasdaq, Ipreo, and The Carson Group. Nicole earned her BA in Economics from Lehigh University. She is an active member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
Jay is an accomplished creative leader with over 20 years experience here and abroad. He has been the CCO of both Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett, both in NY. With a deep interest in human behavior, he has helped companies across a wide range of categories grow, from upstart Chobani to packaged goods and financial services giants like P&G and JP Morgan Chase. He’s even produced an Off Broadway Play.
Head of Engineering
Martín has been in the Technology industry for more than 15 years. He is leading the Stockperks Engineering Team to define the very best engineering of our core product. Martín was also involved in helping other companies succeed through leadership and software engineering, working for WeWork, Oracle, Fieldlens, and other startups. He is very passionate about e-commerce, user experience, and frontend technologies.
Gastón Di Sacco
Senior Software Engineer
Gastón is an enthusiastic Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience. He studied Computer Science at Universidad ORT Uruguay and has worked for Uruguayan based companies, as well as customers abroad. He has built education platforms, tourism portals, and eCommerce websites. Previously he was at WeWork where he focused on building internal tools to track and optimize the development of the business’s real estate projects.
Tatiana is a computer technologist student at Universidad de la República, Uruguay. She is passionate about learning new technologies. Tatiana started her career in customer service before moving into software engineering.
Zachary is a student at King’s College in London studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He has a strong interest in research and what moves our economy and the stock market.
